Business Owner: Turning Leaf Landscapes, a Commercial and  Residential Landscape Design and Maintenance Company based in Shakopee since 1997

Corporate Sales and Marketing Positions with Fortune 500 Companies. Grew territories and negotiated large contracts with C-level executives. 1991-1997

Former Business Owner: Bayview Lodge on the shores of Lake Vermilion 1986-1991

Grew up in a family resort business in Northern Minnesota. Working alongside family at Vermilion Dam Lodge on Lake Vermilion  taught me that you had to work hard and be resourceful and couldn't just raise the tax burden on people. 1972-1986

Completed my two, 3 year terms; 
Dealt annually with multi-million dollar budgets. More importantly, this position dealt with the weighty spiritual needs of the congregation.
